CharityComms is the professional membership body for charity communicators. They commissioned us to write the book to help their members develop effective communications strategies. It sold out, so we’re now starting on the second edition
Back in 2013, we spent twelve months talking to communications, fundraising and campaign directors, to gather all of the best knowledge from inside and outside the sector. This was compiled and distilled into a best practice book, Make it Matter, about how to develop communications strategies that won’t just sit on the shelf, but will help turn your vision into action.
A few years on, we’re now starting on the second edition. This will reflect the shifting trends in public engagement, and build from our own experience helping some of the world’s leading non-profits win campaigns and raise more money.
As with the first edition, the book will be packed with practical ideas, as well as strategic principles, and include numerous case studies from around the sector.
