Associate Director, Strategic Communications

Associate Director, Strategic Insight

Research Executive Strategic Insight

Associate Director, Strategic Communications

London / hybrid
4.5 days / week
£60-65,000 pa. plus bonus scheme

Responsibilities include shaping strategic recommendations across our portfolio of strategy, insight and creative projects, managing relationships with clients and the production of project deliverables. You’ll brief and collaborate with colleagues and suppliers, including freelancers, to ensure the highest quality delivery.

You’ll need significant experience in strategic communications, working in or with the charity or non-profit sector, and experience in an agency or consultancy environment. You’ll have proven knowledge of audience-centred communications and marketing approaches, and be used to juggling multiple projects and clients with ease. Outstanding communications skills – especially written and presentational – are a must.

Associate Director, Strategic Insight

London / hybrid
4.5 days / week
£60-65,000 pa. plus bonus scheme

Responsibilities include designing and overseeing mixed-method research studies, from cluster-based audience segmentations to stakeholder research. You’ll develop effective methodologies that meet client’s briefs and help them achieve their strategic aims. You’ll also co-ordinate our overall schedule of research activities, and brief and collaborate with colleagues and freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

You’ll need significant experience in a strategy insight/research role, including in social research. You’ll have end-to-end research project management experience, and be familiar with a wide array of research techniques. We’re looking for someone with highly specialised knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and who knows how to apply research insights in the development of strategy.

Research Executive, Strategic Insight

London / hybrid
4.5 days / week
£30,000 pa. plus bonus scheme

We’re also seeking a Research Executive to provide day-to-day support, co-ordination and delivery of first-rate research, ensuring successful insight delivery for clients.

Responsibilities include co-ordinating our monthly tracking research schedule, running monthly data preparation routines, managing new member onboarding to our Tracker programme, and working with Tracker members on support requests and rollout of new features. You’ll also support delivery of quantitative research projects for clients, including managing external suppliers, checking data and conducting analysis and reporting.

We’re looking for someone with experience in managing and delivering quantitative research, with excellent knowledge of quantitative research methodologies and who enjoys working with data. A forensic and thoughtful approach to research and insight, and excellent communications skills, are important, as is experience with SPSS or a similar analytics package.
